Transforming Mental Health Care (Because Someone Had To)
At MindWell, we’re flipping the script on mental health. Forget the endless waitlists, soul-crushing paperwork, and advice that sounds like it was pulled from a fortune cookie. We blend real science — psychology, neuroscience, and behavioral strategies — into personalized treatment plans that actually fit your life, not just your chart.
Prefer telehealth in sweatpants? Love a real face-to-face vibe? Cool — we offer both, plus evening hours, because anxiety doesn’t politely knock between 9 and 5.
We don’t do trendy buzzwords or “just manifest it” nonsense. We stick to evidence-based heavyweights like CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) — real tools that get your mind, emotions, and reality working together like they actually like each other.
MindWell is tearing down barriers across Arizona and Kansas — no more “sorry, we’re booked for six months” nonsense, no more getting ghosted by your mental health care. We're making therapy modern, human, and actually within reach — because it’s about damn time.
Michelle Gilreath, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, CEN, CCRN
Michelle Gilreath knows a thing or two about chaos — and more importantly, how to help people find their way through it. As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN), and Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN), Michelle has spent years showing up for people on their best and worst days — and everywhere in between.
Her experience in psychiatry, emergency medicine, and critical care taught her one thing: life doesn't follow a script, and neither should mental health care. That’s why Michelle combines evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, and ACT with a heavy dose of empathy, humor, and real talk — meeting patients exactly where they are, no judgment, no pressure.
At MindWell, she creates space for people to be honest about the hard stuff without feeling like they have to perform or pretend. Whether you prefer telehealth from your couch or face-to-face connection, Michelle’s goal is simple: help you feel better, think clearer, and build a life you actually want to live.
She stays passionate about learning because people deserve care that grows with them — not the same advice recycled for a decade. And if you need someone who believes healing is possible — even on the days you don't — Michelle’s already in your corner.
